21 years ago, on a certain Tuesday, December 9, 2003, Rajest showed us the path where God was waiting for us: to join the Poor in the basements of humanity where no one dares to go.
We accepted this message, and our family was born!
Thank you to all of you who believed in this completely crazy adventure and who continue to LOVE!
After the year 2023 which was a year of recovery after covid, this year marks an important step for our association.
Two words seem to mark this year 2024: fullness and fidelity to the roots.
Fullness because the poor have confirmed the necessity of our presence on this Indian land.
Fidelity to the roots because somewhere we are returning to the strategy that we had set for ourselves 20 years ago.
We could probably spend a lot of time telling you about the actions that we have carried out or new actions that have been put in place and are developing but this year the poor have reminded us that the most important thing is not our action or the care that we provide each morning but our simple presence. It reassures them and gives them motivation to succeed in their day. A simple smile, a simple word are received with great joy.
In short, it is not what we do that matters most to the poor but what we are.

Please reserve the date now.
“Lord, make me the servant, the maker of your peace”
It is with these few words that the daily prayer of each pilgrim of Charity begins: the Prayer of Saint Francis.
The peace of God is first and foremost peace between men.
This peace is more than ever violated; we cannot obtain it without the help of God.
From Saturday October 14th, 2023 I offer you a novena to Mary by reciting ten Rosaries, asking her to intercede so that all men and women firmly repudiate violence as a solution to personal, collective, community or international problems. and for leaders and governments to avoid any risk of conflict by seeking, on the contrary, understanding between men, tolerance, mutual respect and reconciliation.

The general assembly of the Pilgrims of Charity will be held on July 30 and 31, 2022 from 9 a.m. in Vézelay, Yonne
Vézelay is located 2h30 from Paris by train. This very beautiful site is called the "eternal hill", dominated by a large 11th century basilica, housing the relics of Saint Mary Magdalene.
At the foot of this basilica, about 2 km away, by a small path, you reach the Ermitage de la Cordelle. This is where the first Franciscan fraternity in France was founded in 1220.
This is the reason why we offer you this spiritual high place to immerse ourselves in the roots of our vocation.
We will meet again on Saturday morning, for a day devoted to reunions, sharing and recalling the different values of the pilgrims of charity.
On Sunday, our general assembly will take place, between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Our mission project in Haiti cannot materialize through a presence on site in the current pandemic context. However, we remain in contact with Brother Wilfried, Franciscan and Custos of Haiti. Through it, we are contributing to the reconstruction of a house for a family affected by the hurricane of 2016.

Pope Francis celebrated Christmas Mass on Tuesday evening December 24, 2019 by evoking “unconditional” love and
"Free" in the face of market logic, during its traditional Christmas homily in front of thousands of worshipers.
"Christmas reminds us that God continues to love everyone, even the worst"
"His love is unconditional" even if "you may have wrong ideas",
insisted the pope, stressing that it is "the gratuitousness" of this type of love that "spreads peace and joy".
